Patients are responsible to provide current insurance information, and inform OB/GYN Associates of Spokane of any specific requirements insurance plans may have. Co-payments and insurance cards are required at check-in. All services are due and payable within 30 days of the date of service. If payment in full cannot be made, OB/GYN Associates of Spokane can make a mutually agreeable payment arrangement with the patient.
