CHAS is a non-profit system of federally qualified community clinics providing quality medical and dental healthcare to families and individuals, regardless of ability to pay. For the uninsured and underinsured, CHAS operates on a sliding scale that is dependent upon household income and family size. Insurance also accepted. Please contact the clinic for more information.
